Neauvia Stimulate provides double action: combination of filling and biostimulation. Neauvia Stimulate was designed for filling of deep skin depression (including deep wrinkles and nasolabial folds), biostimulation and revitalisation. Neauvia Stimulate is a unique product, the only one which offers not only great filling effect but also a long term bio-stimulation. What makes it a unique product is the combination of its high filling capacity (thanks to the hydrogel’s excellent rheological properties) with a documented stimulating action on the neocollagenesis process.

Calcium hydroxyapatite used in Neauvia Stimulate has small particle size (8-12 microns) and is well spread in the cluster of the hydrogel. This assures stability of the particles that have no possibility to migrate. The small sizes of CaHA particles do not interfere with phagocytes activities and are gradually released during the degradation of the implant, not all at once. The safe and optimal concentration of CaHA is able to provide excellent results without creating side effects.

Neauvia fillers are biomimetic. Thanks to the PEG-cross-linked technology, they have an high safety and tolerability profile.
Each Neauvia Filler reference is based on a specific combination of HA and PEG for different indications and injection planes. Biocompatibility depends on how fillers are stabilized. The scientists working on Neauvia fillers decided to apply not a common molecule, but a new crosslinker: PEG polymer. Polyethylene glycol is a gold standard of a biocompatible polymer for pharmaceutical, cosmetic and medical use.

Also, Neauvia has an optimal rheological ratio: soft gel for superficial injection layers and stiffer gel for deep injection layers. Thanks to PEG features and to a precise technique of determining the molecular weight of HA, Neauvia fillers have an optimal rheological ratio. Morphological evidences have demonstrated that Neauvia fillers have a great biointegration. Neauvia’s research team has published several papers on the evolution over time of Neauvia implant showing how these fillers have an optimal distribution and integration in the connective tissue of the skin.

Neauvia fillers distribute finely in the interstitial tissue among constitutive structures of the hypodermis and dermis, even into the smallest spaces between collagen fibers, always preserving the structural integrity of the skin. Moreover, the research team has demonstrated both in vitro and in vivo the absence of any adverse reaction. Inflammatory cells surrounding the implant or closely associated with it have never been found.
